I'm German, but living in Denmark at the moment. I like wintersports, hiking, chess, ice swimming, scuba diving and hockey. Also I love going out for drinks and dancing (I'm not very good at it) on the weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I made this account to get an easy access to the life of the locals when I went on a bicycle trip through Asia. After I had only amazing experiences, I decided to try and host as much as possible, just to pay something back for all the amazing people that made my Asia trip possible.

Interests

I like the outdoors where I like to make use of my scuba diving license, hiking skiing or ski-touring. I like to play chess, foosball and going out every once in a while

Music, Movies, and Books

Sapiens and Homo Deus are what I can recommend everybody to read. It explains where human come from, why we are the way we are and Homo Deus predicts where we go as a human race.
I haven't watched many movies but I am excited if you can recommend one

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A 4 month cycling trip through South-East Asia as was pretty amazing. Skydiving, Skitouring in Chile and Argentina were great as well!
