One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

As a longterm heavy eating diet, especial love big amounts of rice, salty, fried, sweet, junkfood; and lack of sleep, karma and else factors, made me who I am now.

Luckily, not long ago, I had participated in Buddhist monks practice, No food intake pass afternoon 过午不食, (168Fasting断食/辟谷), I like it!

Also,
1 day food Fasting...nice!
3days food fasting...cool!
7days food fasting...yeah!
Break fast by consuming big meal to is a big NO (pantang makan besar semasa buka puasa/ 結束斷食後吃大餐是大忌).
