About Me

Hi there! 🙋‍♂️ My name is Wasem, and I am excited to connect with friends through the couch surfing experience. I value authenticity and genuine interactions, and I believe that by sharing our cultures with one another, we can build meaningful friendship and a sense of understanding and appreciation for one another.

As someone who has faced challenges and difficulties in my own life, I understand the importance of finding ways to build resilience and self-esteem. I am happy to share my own experiences and insights with my friends, and to support them in finding their own path to growth and self-empowerment.

Whether I am hosting or surfing, I am open to trying new things and exploring new places, and I am always eager to learn and grow through my interactions with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a couch surfer, I am driven by a desire to connect with people and learn about their stories and traditions.

Interests

I am always on the lookout for delicious new culinary experiences, whether it's trying out a new restaurant or cooking traditional dishes at home. I also have a bit of a tech-savvy side. I am a guy after all haha 😂

In my free time, I also enjoy visiting flea markets and thrift stores to hunt for unique and interesting items. I have a bit of a collector's streak, and I love finding hidden treasures and one-of-a-kind pieces.

When I can't travel to a new place in person, I enjoy watching videos of people walking through cities on a big projector. It's a fun way to get a sense of the local culture and atmosphere, even from afar.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading: 48 Laws Of Power. Music, I am into Hip-Hop now, also relaxing Lo-Fi music, as well as Arabic music of the 70s.
