ABOUT ME

I'm 70 years old and have taken a licken' and still keep ticken'! I love going to the ocean and own half a horse. I have a good sense of humour, am not easily offended. I love to read - mostly mysteries, but sometimes I'll read something that is not fluff. I like to play board games and Canasta, but about the only computer game I play is FreeCell. My husband and I enjoy casino gambling, attending horse races at Colonial Downs and going to the garbage dump together (I know - that's weird!) I like all animals, but I'm particularly fond of cats. I've been in the mainframe computer business for 30+ years. As the years go by I've become more interested in experiences than in accumulating "stuff", although the more I try to declutter my life the worse it seems to get! Always interested in trying something different which is why couch surfing appeals to me.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not a deep thinker - my philosophy is just to get thru each day with a little laughter and a bit of affection from my husband and my cats.
