A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I am originally from Spain but I spent a few years living in Austria.

From the things I enjoy the most, meeting new people, cooking, talking and relaxing with friends are some of the most important.

I try to learn about life through travelling to foreign countries and meeting new people.
I love to see and discover new places, to gain inspiration and any kind of knowledge.

I can describe myself as open minded, and positive, always interested to get to know others and hear about their experiences, ideas and thoughts.

Love good discussions, Im interested and would like to learn more about a variety of topics. Anything from history and socio-cultural issues, anthropology, sustainable living, psychology, healthy living, community living, religion and environment.

I have been traveling this last few years mostly through Europe and Asia. Doing couchsurfing and hitchhiking most of the way. Now Im heading slowly to South America, where I would like to travel for one or two years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been travelling for the last few years and couchsurfing helped me a lot making new friends and finding a place to stay.
I enjoy going out and meeting new people, I'm always happy to join any interesting events going on.
I am a curious person and enjoy learning about almost everything. And I love the personal experience that Couchsurfing brings from meeting new people and sharing local knowledge and cultures.
One of my passions is cooking and baking, back home I used to organize dinner nights and werewolf events every week.

I always enjoy having a good book in my hands.
I read often factual books, some of my favourites are Yuval Noah Harari. His books A Brief History of Humankind and Homo Deus are amazing.
Bill Bryson, Naomi Klein, Jared Diamond, George Orwell...
The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera is one of the most beautiful books I have ever read.

I don't watch many movies, not being able often while travelling.
But If I have a choice I will go usually for comedy, documentaries and independent films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I dont think I can pinpoint a especific moment of my life. In every travel, there was moments I will not forget. I live trying to enjoy every day as much as I can.

Share as much as possible, but essentially good mood, some company, a meal, a good talk.

I will be happy to learn anything you would like to share or to teach me.
I will teach you what I can. I always can give you some Spanish lessons or teach you how to cook some good recipes. :)
