I'm Evgenia, but friends call me Jenny.
I'm a passionate traveler from Siberia, a land of swamps, pines and birches.

I walked El Camino the Santiago /twice/.
Backpacked and hitched around South America in 2019-2020, up till quarantine, which I spent on a farm in Argentina.

I do hitchhiking and couchsurfing because I like to get to know the culture through people.

I'm into construction and interior design, my work language is CAD. Can help with renovation or building - with hands or advice.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I'm a guest, it's a way to know the locals' life and get advises about seeing around.
When I'm a host, it's a way to know about other cultures and lives, see my city from different angle and get some ideas for further travels from guests.

Also it's a good place to find travel buddies:) HMU if you have similar travel plans - we can come up with something!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked el Camino de Santiago in Spain for 5 weeks with 16kg bag!

Did my fitst parashute jupm solo, broke my leg and have a scar on the face as a memory. Flying is not my thing XD

Started a solo hitchhike aroundaworld trip that ended up on a farm in Patagonia while quarantine. That was a try #1!

I'm interested in arhitecture, construction and interior design. So I'm very curious about how houses are differ in different countries. For example Brazil barely has any bath tubs!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share tips that will help you survive in Siberia both in winter and summer:p
I can cook you some of Russian vegetarian meals like vegan Borsh or Plov.
