I love films and thus after a mini mid-life crisis combined with some poor life decisions, I left behind a comfortable life of engineering and decided to become a struggling 3D animation and visual effects artist!

I consider myself an easygoing guy, sometimes making terrible jokes and I have also found a hobby in skating in recent years. I am Keen to make new connections and see what’s out there in the wider world.

More of a movie person but the most recent books I’ve read are ‘Before the coffee gets cold’ & ‘The Thursday Murder Club’.

I’ll listen to pretty much any kind of music, but I do have a preference for rock and instrumentals. Some of my favourites are Covet, Neil Young,& Chris Cornell.

I would teach mandarin but I’m bad at it also (thank you, man from China, for confirming my fears).

I’ve been learning basic french and Japanese but I don’t they are about as good as my mandarin 🥲, so if anyone would like to help me improve on any of those languages the help would be appreciated!
