Hi, I'm Gina and I'm from Germany. I moved temporarily to the US in November 2017, where I lived as an au pair nearby Boston, MA till August 2018. Right now, I'm living in a host family on the beautiful Island of Oahu, Hawaii. I'm gonna move back to Germany end of June 2019 to go to College and study special needs education, but you'll find me all over the place! It's been the most amazing time of my life so far and I'm happy to share every memory and adding new ones!

Interessen

When I get interested in something- a new artist, travelplans, special needs education, could be anything - I'm 100% into it and it becomes a passion. Music is very important to me, I love playing the violin and one of my favorite things to do is going to concerts and festivals! Hit me up! On the weekends I enjoy hiking, surfing and snorkeling. I'm always planning a trip ahead of me, it's been truly fulfilling to travel through all over the country!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Lana Del Rey is my religion! Currently I listen to Billie Eilish, Halestorm, Evanescence, In this Moment, Delain, New Years Day Jinjer...lots of Rock and Metal stuff but I also appreciate Classic, Jazz, Old school and random songs no matter what genre.
Movies: I love watching horror movies!
Books: I adore Lauren Oliver and Stephen King. My all time favorite is "das Lied der Träumerin" (the dreamer's song) which is about a girl who goes on an adventure to follow her passion/dreams but it takes a complete turn.

I'm open for great conversations, checking out the area together and hang out, sharing my travel experiences and passions, and also like to get to know other people's passions! I'm also a great cook, I mostly cook vegetarian but also vegan meals if you like. Give me a bunch of random leftovers and let the magic happen ;)
I'd love to teach you German and share my culture with German food. I, myself am very interested in learning new languages, currently I'm trying to get better in spanish!
