About Me

My name is Heather, and I'm a 29 year old graphic designer living with my husband, cat and dog near Denver, CO. I owe couchsurfing for so many wonderful experiences, both on the traveling and also on the hosting side of things. I believe this is a wonderful community, and I hope to pass on great experiences to others on this site.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, but especially so when I'm meeting new people and making memories with those people that I will remember forever. Anyone can book a vacation, I want to make it an experience.

One quick note: please do not message asking for a place to live while you get set up in Denver. While we appreciate people moving to and loving our city, our aim on this site is to provide a unique and fun Colorado experience for travelers (especially if they’re on a budget). Thank you for your understanding!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching documentaries (particularly WWII, and crappy horror movies). I love all things Harry Potter and Fullmetal Alchemist. I enjoy music (folk/america, rock, indie, electronica, hip-hip).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled back to London for a roadtrip and two beerfests. It was a great time and our hosts were extremely generous to us 'Yankee girls'. We also surfed in Barcalona. Holiday weekend plus Barca FC winning the Eurocup the night before meant best timing ever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you some great hikes here in CO (and if you're from a lower altitude, I won't take you on anything too tough! I promise!). I can paint with you, write with you, make weird but somehow tasty food, snag a pint, and give you plenty of fun memories from your stay!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will keep things clean, I can cook for you and buy you a beer if that's what you're into.

Countries I’ve Visited

France, Spain, United Kingdom, United States
