I am an elementary school physical education teacher with a strong passion for traveling. I work multiple jobs during the school year so that I can explore the world during my summers off!
My favorite part of the world is SE Asia and itching to plan my next trip back.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’ve always said the best part about traveling is the people you meet. Who you meet and interact with can make or break your entire experience. I crave meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and exchanging stories with like minded individuals. Since I can’t do much traveling during the school year, I figure this would be a cool way to still meet people from around the country/world.

I was a competitive swimmer, so if you can’t swim, I got you, haha.
As a PE teacher and avid crossfitter, I also know a lot about nutrition and fitness.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in an apartment with a roommate in downtown Bethesda. It is walking distance to a ton of bars and restaurants and only 6-7 metro stops from downtown DC. If all you are looking for is just a couch to crash on, this would be it.
I can give you a ton of recommendations, introduce you to my friends, and show you around Bethesda/DC if I am available!
