Love to travel when time permits, and always welcome the help of a local to make a trip more interesting and enjoyable. I'm not crazy about touristy spots. I'm more of the "off the beaten path" kind of person.

Love photography - specially landscapes - and up to about a couple months ago I was an expert with my phone camera (NOW I own a proper camera) . I never miss an opportunity to capture that "perfect" photograph. (Shared some pix on my profile)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To learn more about the CS culture, meet people from different places and learn of their customs and ideologies. Also to step out of the comfort zone. I want to honestly believe this is not just about people looking for a free place to stay. I guess I'm trying to restore my faith in humanity, ha ha.

I also wanted to have the opportunity to show people my City. Show them we're not all about just shopping and partying. But if you want that, I can definitely point you to the right places! :-)

I'm also known to reach out to people first; lets me pick someone I feel I may have things in common with or that I want to learn things from. Or some times I may reach out to you "just because". I need something to keep me distracted on my days off. So if I reach out to you, it was not a random message!!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't recall amazing, but greatly enjoyed:

2-day drive from S.F to L.A all along the PCH. One of the best scenic drives I've done.

A drive around the Norwegian mountains and fjords, which included driving up a mountain on a one-way road (scary).

A drive from Yosemite to Lake Tahoe through the winding roads and mountains.

Ok... Ok.... So all mountain drives, you get the idea...
