I'm Laura (Lulu is my nickname, but most people call me Lau).

I'm a chilidsh person with a weird humor, and I've been accused of "laughing too much" whatever that means ... I'm usually a quiet person when it comes to meeting new people, but once I know them I find it pretty easy to be open.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to experience not just the country, but the people living there. I've met some fantastic people through CS that has taught me to be the person I am today.

Interests

I try to experience more concerts and I love getting music recommendations from friends. I love cooking when I'm not dead tired and my definition of chill is either with a game, anime, manga or a nice book. For fun I like dressing up in cosplay with friends and I'm never too old for the playground.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to Rock and Metal, but it depends on the mood. Sometimes I like a good "Wub Wub" beat. Other times classical (usually from soundracks) is the right thing. A few: Linkin Park, Nirvana, System of a Down, Korn, Slipknot, Slayer, Audioslave, etc.

My favorite movie genre is Horror. I love the adrenaline rush you get from being scared. Other than that I think Action and also Comedy is great. A few: The Grudge, The Ring, Dead Silence, Nightmare on Elm Street, Inception, LOTR, Star Wars, etc.

With books I like Fiction and Young Adult books. I really like reading about monsters and supernatural stuff, but it depends. A few: Lord of the Flies, Chaos Walking trilogy, The Adversary, Skinjacker trilogy, John Cleaver trilogy, Hunger Games trilogy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Done "ocean walk" in Okinawa and it was absolutely amazing to walk at the bottom of the ocean, and look at the fish.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to share my knowledge on cooking, Norwegian, Danish, English and some Japanese. I'm not a pro, but I can teach yoga and stretching.
