PLEASE NOTE THAT CURRENTLY I AM ONLY HOSTING SOLO FEMALES COACHSURFERS AS I HAVE A YOUNG KHMER LIVING IN THE SPARE BEDROOM. SO WE CAN NO LONGER ACCOMODATE COUPLES AND SOLO MALE TRAVELLERS.

My background is in tourism, specifically hotel marketing with Sheraton in the Asia Pacific region. I also managed a hotel in Sanur, Bali and was the marketing manager for a spa, restaurant, yoga center and wellness healing haven in Ubud, Bali.

I have always wanted to teach, so completed a CELTA course in Cape Town South Africa. I have been working at a private English language school in Cambodia for 6 years teaching teenagers and young adults.

I live in a two bedroom apartment with three cats. I cycle to the school everyday.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide range of music and movies. I usually read books on my Kindle which are easy to read. Nothing heavy, just to keep me interested and then I forget what I read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

People are mostly amazed by my sense of adventure. I am not hesitant to just move to a new place on my own. I enjoy travelling with other people, but am not afraid to just travel to a new place on my own.

Being an English teacher, I can help improve fluency. I am also a decent writer if anyone needs assistance. I am good with animals if anyone needs a pet sitter.
