Hi! I'm Masashi from Kyoto, Japan.
I started working as a doctor quite recently and learning lots every day. Kyoto is a great city and I began to live here when I started my job. I chose Kyoto because I love the Japanese history, tradion and historical buildings like you! I want to show you this wonderful city. I used to guide around Kyoto my foreign friends when I was a student countless times, so though I might be busy with my work I'm happy to give you any small advice for you to enjoy this beautiful city! Besides, I live in the most cetre area of Kyoto which would be very convenient for you to go anywhere in Kyoto.
One last thing. Though many Japanese people aren't that good in English, I'm proud to say I can speak English fluently and you won't have language problems.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling abroad and making international friends. Learning about other countries is always intriguing. When I was a student, I had a lot of time to travel overseas myself, but after I started working, that is difficult. So, instead, I believe through couchsurfing, I can continue that experience.
