Hello Surfers, I'm Pia, 23 years old. Originally I'm from the south of Germany, but at the moment I am enjoying my summer in Cádiz, Spain. Now I'd love to explore more tremendous places before I have to get back to Germany to finish my studies. I'm studying to become a teacher and my mission is to rebuild at least a little of children's critical thinking.
I'd say I'm adventurous, easy-going, reasonable, easily fascinated, open minded - sometimes crazy (but I prefer being absolutely ridiculous than boring). I'm always looking to meet new people and experience everything the world has to offer. I love talking (and discussing ;)) to people and hearing their stories! The rest is up to you to find out.

Well, I found out about how great Couchsurfing is. I think it is a brilliant way to get to know how a country really is, apart from the typical touristic sightseeing stuff. I am a courteous and respectful guest! I like to think of myself as happy company, always ready for thoughtful conversation or a good night's out.
I was travelling through Guatemala up to Cancún to Cuba for two month this year with Couchsurfing and I had unforgettable moments that I never could have experienced if I wasn't Couchsurfing.

MUSIC:
I love Old School HipHop like Lauryn Hill, NAS, etc..
Electronic music is always good and motivating and for a nice evening eating and talking my choice is Buena vista social club ;)
MOVIES
I love all movies by Tarantino or these kinds of movies that leave you speechless in the end as it has a turn that you've never thought about.
BOOKS:
Actually, I read far to less, but when I have the time I love reading books about certain philosophies and utopias.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The probably most amazing thing I've ever done is travelling without any plan through the rain forest of Australia for a week with a probably 60-year-old local Hippie from Australia that I so far didn't know. No people, no electricity, and with my huge personal fear of these fucking salties (crocodiles) haha.
