🔑 Easy to access. I stay at home almost all the time (working from here!), so it's pretty easy to get in and out at any time of the day or night. And you can get a keys.

🌂Security. I'm the CS ambassador for SPb, so it's kinda a guarantee that I'm not that evil. I'm evil. But not that) And also I know a lot of how the system works)

If you want to bring some present (big thanks for all that you, guys, already present me!), the perfect options are: any book on your native language, the fridge magnets, coins/paper money. I've forced to collect them somehow)
At least, don't bring an alcohol - I'm not a real russian, I do not drink)
