About Me
Hey, everyone!
It's Violeta from Bulgaria (Southern Europe)!✨ I'm currently on a trip that will probably take a few months or years, so I won't be able to host for the time being:)
I'm someone who's just experiencing life and what a journey it has been so far! I was a volunteer for the National Disaster Response Team associated with the Bulgarian Red Cross where I was working with radio communications, rope rescue, first aid in natural disasters context, and so much more. From a national computer science and quantum computing competitor doing competitions around the world to becoming a snowboard instructor, buying a campervan of my own, living in Bulgaria by the sea, and starting my own business. Having said that, I'm definitely both a beach girl, and a winter girl! And I'm just enjoying life, travelling and waiting to see where it will take me!
Now I'm on my new adventure. I started in NYC and I'm continuing to Miami. Then I'm planning to continue to the Caribbean, fly back to the States, travel around the West Coast, then fly to Japan, cross Asia and slowly get back to Europe. Exciting, isn't it!!😊
I quit my job in a cybersecurity start-up just recently and now I'm running a business of my own as an online private Math tutor. However, my schedule is pretty free, so I will still have plenty of time to meet you and share some wonderful time with you if you're up for hosting me.

Music, Movies, and Books
I mainly listen to jazz (Lizz Wright, Melody Gardot, Madeleine Peyroux), blues (Hugh Laurie, Alberta Hunter) and swing. Also a bit of classic guitar, folk music. I am also a big fan of Guano Apes which are my "must-have" while snowboarding, and Maneskin which is my eccentric pop-self.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, that's definitely not that amazing, but it's a highlight of my life - I ran 100 km (~62 miles) in 18 hours when I was 15. I also met a person who's been to Antarctica about 12 times and has climbed tens of 5000-7000+ m mountain peaks. This person is now teaching me how to do different knots.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have very little to teach and so much to learn. Looking forward to sharing moments
