I have a masters in engineering, but I also practice holistic coaching and men's coaching, and I love to plunge into the world of bio hacking, and what could be regarded as esoteric.

One of my biggest achievements in life has been my outdoor adventures in Scandinavia, living outdoors for 4 months from winter to summer, and walking for several days through national parks.
